OK. So if the 12 o'clock position was supposed to point south,
then your observation is that the sun set between the 3 and 4
o'clock position. This is consistent with an axis tilt that is
closer to pre-2000 values.

Those measurements were from Australia. The key points in the
Southern Hemisphere are the opposite from us. But Yes, that is
what we've noted since this past June 2015.
The axis had significantly increased between 2013 and 2014 to
the point where it was increased by a factor of 2000 miles when
Compared to the pre Y2K axis tilt. (Y2K the year; not the
doomsday predictions.)
As for the position of the sun, it significantly reversed
between 2014 and 2015 by about 1200 miles so we now (as of June
2015) have a post Y2K axis tilt increase of about 800 to 850
miles. It had somehow reversed and restored part of our earlier
tilt comparative to our 2006 measurements.
So we are now leaning only 800+
miles further on our axis than pre-Y2K… instead of the 2000 mile
increase we measured in 2014.
I have no idea as to how or why our increasing tilt suddenly
reversed itself. We are not back to normal. We are still off by
800+ miles but it is a significant and unexpected improvement.
But that is not necessarily a good sign. It could be an end
stage wobble like a spinning top when it slows down and begins
to wobble erratically just before it falls over. Or maybe my
offline commenter was correct when he said the govt's are using
multiple CERN type systems placed at key global positions to
realign the planet. That is certainly not in my field of
expertise.
But with the things I do know,
reality is so far beyond any conspiracy theory that I don't
dismiss any possibility.
As I have said since June 2015, our axis tilt has reversed
direction and improved our dilemma by giving us a 1200 mile
decrease from the 2014 measurement of 2000 miles. It looks good
but it could be bad. A death wobble.
The question is: what will it do in 2016, 2017, etc? We will
have to watch, wait and measure the changes to find out why it
suddenly reversed direction. Especially when it had
significantly increased by 850 miles the previous year in 2014.
And whether it is a bad sign or a good one.
Those are two extensive changes in opposite directions in just 2
years. An 850 mile increase in 2014 and a 1200 mile decrease in
2015. I never would have believed it if I had not measured it
myself. I had also said the 2014 increase would create a record
breaking severe winter while our meteorologists predicted the
opposite.
That's when we had that hellacious
winter last year with nonstop blizzards and 40′ snow drifts
burying the entire New England states. That record breaking
winter was due to the 2014 axis tilt increase.
Now that we have significantly decreased the tilt, I said we
would have a much milder winter this year. The meteorologists
are predicting a severely cold winter. It was 75 degrees today.
I think my batting average is much better than theirs.
Perhaps our fearless leaders are experimenting with some
inconceivable technology and made the situation worse before
better. I cant think of any technology we could create which
would affect the planet on a global scale. But then again, it's
not in my field of expertise. Perhaps they found a way to
manipulate the EM fields.
I can't conceive of such a
capability of managing such global forces. But anything is
possible. Who am I to question what we can do or gauge our
technological limitations.
We can all see the sun is not where it should be and is far
beyond the tropic lines. We know the sun should never shine in
the north windows but there it is. Sunlight streaming in during
sunrise and sunset in June.
Thus, all we can do is measure it in June so I can compare it
with the measurements I have collected over the past 10 years.
My July post contains a photo which shows the position of the
sun during some of those measurements over the decade. As of
June 2015, the suns position is back to where it was in 2006.
It is still 800+ miles too far to
the north during the summer and the same amount too for to the
south in the Winter but a lot better than the 2000 miles
variance it had in 2014. I would not be surprised to see it back
to pre Y2K normal in June based on the measurements from
Australia this week. If I knew why it suddenly flip-flopped
positions I would be less worried.
If our scientists (like the TV show
Eureka) did power up a group of giant CERN-like systems which
were really covert field manipulators instead of colliders,
which they used to correct the tilt, I couldn't be happier.
But logic tells me it required a hell of a lot of planetary
forces for our planet to make such drastic changes and reversals
like it has since 2014. That worries me and makes me think of
the spinning top analogy.
I hope everyone has been making their own measurements and
observations each June so they wont have to take my word for it.
We can't do anything about it except to keep informed and
prepared. We may be lucky and have these catastrophes bypass our
lifetimes entirely.
Panic would be a waste of energy so I just try to provide and
update the info. I don't want to create one of those end of
world prediction sites. Just basic info which everyone can
see and verify for themselves without being bullied by gov't
hirelings and AH's.
All we can do is continue to measure the sun on the solstices to
see whether it continues to improve or does a final death wobble
onto its side. How do they say it? Hope for the best but prepare
for the worst… Just in case.
We certainly can't do anything about
it except continue to remain informed and be prepared for
survival needs.
If you should see the gov't change
their behavior and scrambling for cover, it would be a good idea
to take those actions seriously for a potential upcoming
catastrophe regardless as to whether it is the planetary tilt,
an asteroid or attack.
We would also appreciate if our
followers would share such observations with us… before the
internet crashes.

my measurements over the past 10 years. The 2006 and 2015 solar
positions are the same.

Something seems to be blocking comments.
Measuring axis tilt from the Northern Hemisphere.
Latitude = 40.73
Angle of Sun = 29.15
Axis Tilt = 20.12
Miles beyond normal inclination =
234
The earth has wobbled back beyond the normal inclination by 3.38
degrees.

WAY out!! I only just sent a pic to my posse, showing the sun
setting at nearly 7 o'clock with 12 being north, also rising
about the 4 o'clock position but hills in the way, I'm In Perth
WA Dec 21st your time or ours?
That was yesterday, I'll get a better reading tonight, 22nd 12
EAST. Also are people over there aware it is still Autumn NOT
WINTER YET!!

The axis tilt can also be measured from the Northern Hemisphere.
My latitude is 40.73. The sun is at 29.15. The computed axis
tilt is 20.12 degrees.
This is 840 miles beyond the historic axis tilt of 23.5 degrees.
More sun in Arctic. Less sun in Antarctic.

It is more difficult to be accurate from the northern hemisphere
during the winter solstice which is why we need the Australia
and south Africa sightings to confirm and compare. If you look
at my June observations I mentioned we had regressed about 1200
miles toward our normal axis tilt angle and would have a milder
winter this year.
We are still off by about 800 to 850
miles. So it is helpful to have comparative observations from
everyone. The measurements are much appreciated from any
location.
Here is my long dissertation from the improved changes last
June; pasted below. I didn't want everyone to jump to the wrong
conclusion. It will be a couple years before we can determine if
this is a lasting improvement or a death wobble.
I'm hoping the next Summer solstice
will continue to have good measurements.
https
//axischange.wordpress.com/2015/06/26/axis-angle-reversion-not-a-good-sign/
I was surprised to see the axis angle regress last June. I
wasn't expecting that.
We had been getting consistently
worse since 2004. June 2015 was a significant change in the
opposite direction (for the better). But I described several
possible negative reasons for such an improvement which we need
to consider before jumping to rash conclusions. Which is why we
really need to keep track of the sun's position for the next
couple years.
We need to ensure this isn't some type of final death wobble
which I compare to a spinning top which does some final
exaggerated wobbles just before it falls over. I refer to that
as a death wobble and caution everyone not to assume that
regression (improvement) in our axis tilt as a good sign too
soon.
But to be wary and continue to keep
a watchful eye on the changes over the next couple years. If it
reverts again to its pre 2014 measurements, it would be a bad
sign. If it maintains or improves on this recession toward our
normal tilt, then it would be a good sign.
It is unfortunate it takes so long
between Solstices. (note: I try to keep the analogies and
methods simple so everyone can participate).
That was a huge reversion we measured last June and was
accompanied with some significant volcanic activity last May.
While we will have a milder winter we are still off our normal
axis tilt by about 850 miles affecting the weather from our pre
2003 measurements.
I will be interested to see if it wobbles back again in the
summer. There's certainly no precedent for this in our
lifetimes.
One of my offline posters who do not wish me to publicize their
comments feels the govt's have positioned large CERN-like
Electromagnetic generators interacting to realign the axis. As a
scientist and engineer I don't have any evidence to back that up
but I do have an open mind and we did have excessive axis shifts
in opposite directions from 2013 to 2014 and the reverse
direction from 2014 to 2015.
So nothing would surprise me.
Clearly those colliders can generate
some hellacious EM fields and they certainly have had more down
time than productivity for science so I hope they put it to some
good use for the expense involved. Usually, most conspiracy
theories turn out to be true. More often than not, the real
conspiracies are far worse than anyone can imagine.
I do know they have blocked our view of the Center of the south
pole satellite imagery since 2009 and only show altered pre 2009
imagery. So I do wonder what the reason is. Lack of new imagery
or construction of something they don't want seen.
Anything is possible. They have
HAARP at the Arctic circle, so why not something else at the
south pole.
I can't think of why they are
blocking the images. It's not as if we had public access to that
region. Any foreign govt's would already know what is located
there from their own satellite surveillance. Maybe we should ask
the foreign gov'ts what they can see?
However, our current concern for these improved Axis
measurements for which we now have additional confirmation… is
the question;
what will the axis tilt do next?
The comment post delays are to ensure we don't have vandals,
bullies or harassment. Prior to 2008 it was quite violent. The
gov't had sent their army of pitbulls to attack. The comment
delays help keep that off the site, but sometimes it takes a few
hours for me to apply the comment approvals due to bad health
issues.
I have only seen one such vandal
since 2008, so I appreciate the courtesy.
The gov't has called off their dogs
and decided to leave us alone once they realized we only do calm
observations and measurements of significant changes in our axis
from year to year which anyone can verify just by looking
outside; rather than EOW or ELE prophecies.
We have nearly 60,000 followers per year so I endeavor to keep
it simple and honest. This is one global occurrence the
Authorities can't hide from us. I did appreciate the job offers
from the gov't headhunters but I'm too ill to accept.
I hope everyone will help us confirm the June 21st solar
position measurements this summer. Such massive reversals in the
past two years are a bit disconcerting even though they are an
improvement.
The gov't disaster preparation patterns indicate they are
expecting something bad to happen between 2020 and 2026. I have
no direct knowledge of what they might be expecting.
But we need to keep informed and
aware of the changing situations and issues.

Hi,
The current axis tilt can also be determined by measurements in
the Northern Hemisphere.
My latitude is 40.73 and the sun is aligned at 29.15 degrees at
noon. That means the current axis tilt is 20.12 degrees.
Historically, the axis tilt was 23.5 and your earlier annual
observations recorded an even greater axis tilt.
So the earth has wobbled back over the historic values by 840
miles. This should mean a slightly milder winter in the northern
hemisphere since the sun is slightly higher in the skies.
More Arctic ice melt. Less Antarctic ice melt.
Hopefully, some of your southern hemisphere readers will confirm
this.
