Certificate on Hong Kong & Shanghai Bank in name of Augusto Pinochet, former Chilean dictator recently permitted to return home from the UK where he was temporarily held pending an extradition request from Spain.  Leading members of Pinochet’s fascist government were members of Opus Dei – the sinister Catholic group that is said to control the Vatican Bank.  Chile featured so prominently in Opus Dei that founder, Escriva de Balaguer, visited the country in 1974 immediately following his visit to Argentina.
