Hand-written fax from Michael Blinston to Gunther Russbacher regarding the gold deal between the Philippines and Austrian central banks.  Note item 11 where Blinston notes that a "Mr. Pruit" representing Citibank, London, was present in Manila with an authorised buy order for the gold on offer.
