FOREWORD
Let us firstly clear any confusion with the title of this book.
What do we mean by ETs and aliens? This
use of two terms for extraterrestrials is becoming less of a
redundancy as we observe that the tendency is occurring to designate
a benevolent extraterrestrial by 'ET', but use the term 'alien' for
a negative, unenlightened extraterrestrial.
What is happening on this planet at this time is beyond the
imagination of any science-fiction writers. The orthodox system and
control mechanism denies the average public access to this knowledge
and this is achieved essentially by manipulating the belief system
of the naive population.
Let us briefly examine the state of mind and information regarding
what is believed or not believed, in particular, concerning this
subject of extraterrestrials.
Imagine a civilization such as ours in which everyone knew that an
advanced ET had visited us and had written a book, published by a
major publisher, about matters that previously would be regarded as
science fiction to us.
Assuming this was believed then we can
say with some confidence virtually everyone would be interested in
reading this book; to contemplate and maybe absorb the wisdom from
more advanced thinking, read of advanced technologies which are
possible and to experience an expansion of one's consciousness.
The point we are making here is that this is happening today - there
are many such books (also ones to be wary of) but people are being
steered away from them. And the basic reason is to hold back their
awakening.
Amongst all the interacting elements and
complexities of our civilization is the principal purpose of change
from a third-dimensional spectrum to the fourth-dimensional spectrum
of energies and frequencies; this is what ascension (and evolution,
ultimately) is all about. Many 'tools' are being used to prevent
this transition: science and technology, art, music, education,
films and publications, and in fact the media in general.
Let us now add the following scenario to the above. This
civilization has developed a society with highly organized
education, entertainment, religion, healing practices, law
enforcement and government. Nevertheless it perpetuates a relatively
mundane existence amongst its members; is even regimented; and small
talk is the norm.
Minds are only allowed to be structured
from censored information.
The population is programmed to receive,
believe in, accept, only information through the media, major book
publishers, scientific works, government, education, films, etc. and
most of the regular sources of information and entertainment are
formatted to create a brainwashed society that began its
mind-manipulation programs virtually at birth.
Now simultaneously there is an equally expansive existence of
knowledge that does not fit into the controlled format.
There are effective alternatives to
healing practices, spiritual teaching, even books by advanced
extraterrestrials with superior advice and invaluable information in
general. This latter category of 'unorthodox' information is
filtered off from the regular by thorough programming, which formats
the mind so that it can only accept mundane everyday, limited
information.
There is a huge amount of valuable knowledge flooding this planet at
this privileged time from other dimensions.
Anyone can realize that selected
information from this vast field is much more intelligent than
human-based material, not to mention the fact that a human could not
remotely speak as fluently as do many of the channeled sources. The
public is being deliberately brainwashed to avoid these sources
since it may cause them to wake up from the hypnotically-induced
focus imposed on our civilization.
Nevertheless all belief systems are valid but they may not be
equally practical or valuable for one's learning and survival.
You can have one person disbelieving in
UFOs and
ETs, no interest in the meaning of
life, is incorrigibly skeptical about any healing technology apart
from orthodox medicine, believes a government could only be
benevolent, thinks the presence of ETs is a rarity, believes only
the fiction of mythology, ancient gods, etc.
And this person could have a neighbor
whose viewpoint is the other side of the coin on all these issues.
One might consider the above-described overview of this civilization
to be improbable and not a reality. But it is precisely the state of
affairs on this planet today. The reality that individuals and
groups focus on will determine the nature of their existence, and
the mind will filter off anything which is not within their belief
system.
Today this represents an enormous amount of valid but discouraged or
suppressed material that is outside the controlled and official
knowledge. This manipulation alone is sufficient to perpetuate a
condition of ignorance, achieved by deceiving the public to believe
that only objective knowledge is reliable—that which has been proved
by so-called scientific methodology.
There are other ways of knowing, some of which are more dependable
than objectivity. We have known for thousands of years on this
planet that the condition of objectivity, separating the observer
from the observed, creates an interdependence, not an independence.
In other words, the observation is contextual— it is dependent on
the observer.
This knowledge of the observation
process is elementary in Buddhism and has been proved in quantum
physics, but oddly is not being scientifically applied to everyday,
macroscopic phenomena.
Thus we can go with the suppression of knowledge and believe only
what a few scientists can 'prove', discarding 99 percent of possible
facts extending into very advanced levels of thinking or potential
science, or we can use our right brain to evaluate the 'unproved'
data and obtain some certainty on its validity; thus then covering a
much more vast field of useful information.
Tests of truth in physics can be used,
in particular, generalizations and consistency of a construct or
theory.
The sources of information in this book, mainly channeling, have
been examined closely. In certain major areas where there is a
discrepancy between different sources, any incongruity is pointed
out.
For the skeptic, the material of the book could be looked upon as
providing a service - making available the main body of ET
information on this planet in one easily-read volume.
And, in addition, enabling the reader to
become an expert on ET information in a matter of a few hours
reading.
