Alex Collier, after fourteen
years, again sits down with Rick Keefe for a discussion
including,
Alex Collier's biography says that he
first started having contacts with the Andromedans when he was eight
years old. He describes them as human beings with a slightly blue
tint to their skin.
Alex says the Andromedans are more spiritually and technically
advanced than us and exist on 4th and 5th density. He says they
communicate telepathically and are able to really read and feel each
others emotions - they are much more connected to each other than
we are.
By the time he was 16 they had shared things with him that Alex felt
the wider society needed to hear. During his late 30's and early
40's he gave numerous interviews and produced a number of
documentaries sharing his experiences.
The various interviews and work put out by Alex Collier describe the
earth being under control by "regressive" Extra Terrestrial beings.
These regressive ETs come from the star
system known as Alpha Draconis. He says that the problems in our
world are basically the result of 2 completely different
philosophical belief systems:

love and evolution

control and resource consumption
