We have been asked to clarify our use of our title, the
Intergalactic Board of Council.
Perhaps the following will do
that for you all.
Precisely how to describe the manner by which this group of
members functions is fairly complex, meaning it is not as
straight-forward as would be perceived by concepts common to
Lower Triad thinking. You might call it a multi-layered effect,
however the intricacies of it are greatly interwoven.
Let us begin by saying that we are a group of Ascended Beings
within the Upper Triad who have come together for the purpose of
assisting the universal ascension processes now under way. Each
of us stands in for various home galaxies within the Lower Triad
portion of this universe; and by this we are referring to the
time prior to our ascension out of the Lower Triad.
Each
ascended member presides over his or her former home galactic
council of Beings.
These Lower Triad councils are composed of members who currently
exist within the Lower Triad but who are ascending themselves
beyond the Lower Triad to the Upper Triad. These advanced
ascending souls serve as teachers and guides for the purpose of
personal ascension. Their soul, and sole, mission in life is to
assist other souls who are on the path of personal ascension.
They do so through psychic and personal interactions.
They are your brothers and sisters
who are close to having their own personal ascension into the
Upper Triad. They are assisting you who are not as far along on
the path as are they themselves. They are what you would refer
to as Upper Triad ascension Wayshowers, your Vanguards of
ascension.
They compose the Lower Triad councils that the members of our
Upper Triad "board" represents or speaks for during our
meetings, regarding the affairs of ascension.
We could go into greater detail about the composition and
function of our board of council but such information is
irrelevant to the clarification of this matter.
We understand that you have different terminologies for a single
word so that communicating with you in words can sometimes
misconstrue messages thereby causing confusion regarding the
specific meaning that is intended to be conveyed.
So let us clarify a couple of words for you.
In our first session we clarified our meaning for our use of the
word "intergalactic" with regard to the title we have chosen to
be known by. Please refer back to that session if necessary.
We use the word "board", per your older use of it meaning a
"committee". So, we are what you would more commonly refer to as
a committee.
We use the word "council" with reference to what we as a
committee do, which is to "deliberate" the ascension affairs of
this Intergalactic, or universal Mission.
Because your word council also means a committee, and your word
council can also mean a deliberation, there is a double word use
here so that when you refer to us as a group, when not using our
full title you may use either the shortened term of "IBOC", or
"the Board" or "Board member(s)", or you may use the term "the
Council" or "Council member(s)".
Either of these terms is
appropriate and acceptable since, according to your language
terminology, we are an Upper Triad council or committee
representing Lower Triad councils or committees.
Now perhaps you see what we mean by your language easily
misconstruing intended meanings.
So, for clarity sake, let use interpret our title for you as
saying:
We are a Committee, or Council, of Ascended Beings presiding
over many Lower Triad Intergalactic councils or committees;
whose purpose it is to Deliberate, or council the affairs of the
ascension of planets, intergalactically, and all souls who are
ready to ascend with their home planet into the Upper Triad.
Per your terminologies of these words, we felt that the title
Intergalactic Committee of Deliberation would not be as
appealing to you as the Intergalactic Board of Council.
We know that this is a new perspective to digest mentally, but
we do hope that it clarifies the meaning and intentional use of
our title, the Intergalactic Board of Council.
