Human endogenous retrovirus (HERV) - from Wikipedia: Endogenous
retroviruses are retroviruses derived from ancient infections of germ
cells in humans, mammals and other vertebrates; as such their proviruses
are passed on to the next generation and now remain in the genome.
Retroviruses are viruses that reverse-transcribe their RNA into DNA for
integration into the host's genome. Most retroviruses (such as HIV-1)
infect somatic cells, but some can also infect germline cells (cells
that make eggs and sperm) and once they have done so and have been
transmitted to the next generation, they are termed endogenous.
Endogenous retroviruses can persist in the genome of their host for long
periods. However, they are generally only infectious for a short time
after integration as they acquire 'knockout' mutations during host DNA
replication. They can also be partially excised from the genome by a
process known as recombinational deletion. Many believe that they play a
key role in evolution as well.

more specifically, differential geometry, the set of functions defined
on a manifold define the commutative ring of functions. Just as the

scientists into America. Paperwork concerning Nazi war crimes was many
times altered in the process and new files paper-clipped to existing,
cleansed files.

Gaslighting - altering of a subjects environment in ways to trigger the
subconscious mind, or to cause doubt and confusion. Example from
Wikipedia: The term was coined from the 1940 film Gaslight and its 1944
remake in which changes in gas light levels are experienced several
times by the main character. The classic example in the film is the
character Gregory using the gas lamps in the attic, causing the rest of
the lamps in the house to dim slightly; when Paula comments on the
lights' dimming, she is told she is imagining things. Paula believes
herself alone in the house when the dimming occurs, unaware that Gregory
has entered the attic from the house next door, and is searching for
jewels he believes to be hidden there. The sinister interpretation of
the change in light levels is part of a larger pattern of deception to
which the character Paula is subjected.
Stalking/Mobbing - concerted efforts by individuals or groups to
intimidate an individual through surveillance or constant physical
presence.

Street theater - concerted acting and efforts by groups in public
situations used to intimidate and confuse an individual targeted for

Wave-particle duality - A precept of quantum mechanics exhibiting the
behavior of subatomic particles which in some circumstance act like
waves, and in others act like particles, depending on the
experiment/observation. Low frequency EM radiation most times acts like
a wave, whereas high frequency EM radiation usually acts more like a
particle than a wave.
Wavelength - a product of human observation where distance between
adjacent energy peaks within a given radiation are measurable via
electronic means, and thereby noted. This distance can then be used to
ascertain any given wavelengths position within the overall
electromagnetic spectrum so that characteristics of the energy type may
be derived.
Quantum Mechanics - The branch of physics dealing with the sub-atomic
attributes of matter (Quanta). Classical physics is a flawed and
inaccurate construct, though this only becomes apparent at the subatomic
level, where new rules for the behavior of matter have been discovered
and are exploitable.
Directed Energy Weapons - DEW - Any type of energy directed and/or
focused to be used as a weapon to cause harm and death.
Non-Lethal Weaponry - Coercive warfare including but not limited to
directed energy, biotechnology, psychology, psychiatry, chemicals and
drugs, and economic deprivation.
Beams - Energy which is directed toward one target or in a straight
line. Coherent light (Laser) propagates this way naturally.
Fields - 3 or more dimensional energies which can be directed to move or
to remain stationary.
Pulsed Laser - laser energy pulsed at various frequencies; used to
induce physical or mental effects, or to convey information such as in
glass fibres for telephone and computer communications.
Electromagnetic Energy (EM radiation)-- recurring structures of energy
radiating outward in wave patterns from a broadcast source. The higher
the frequency of the energy (The more waves/cycles per second), the
shorter the actual wavelength of the energy. Ultra low frequency (ULF)
wavelengths which occur at long intervals can and are sometimes many
miles long, whereas microwaves which occur millions of times per second
(micro) are extremely short and lend themselves well to direction as
beams. Electromagnetic Energy is divided as ionizing radiation
(Radioactive - extremely penetrating) and non-ionizing (Radio Frequency)
radiation. Ionizing radiation (Radioactive materials and others) emits
energy at the highest of frequencies possible, and has great penetrating
power.
Non-Ionizing Radiation - Electromagnetic energy up to and including the
Near Ultraviolet.
Ionizing Radiation - Ultra violet Wavelengths and beyond. Penetrating
abilities in varying degrees. Causes radical reactions with other
matter. Can cause genetic and other biological damage. Includes the
so-called X-ray particles, gamma ray particles, and cosmic ray
particles. Usually associated with radioactive substances, and nuclear
fallout. Ionizing radiation can also be created via plasmas irradiated
in massive or novel ways.
Faraday Shield - A conducting material used to isolate electric fields.
Commonly placed between primary and secondary windings of a transformer
to reduce noise and adverse capacitance. The faraday shield is
electrostatic shielding which allow electromagnetic waves to pass. No
ground needed.
Broadband Antenna - a Log Periodic Antenna - The lengths and element
spacings of this type of antenna are created so the two directional
radiation pattern, impedance/resistance, and other antenna properties
are repeated across several frequencies types. The bandwidth is dictated
by the ratio of the longest dipole element to the shortest.
Radiation - the emitting/emission or transmitting/transmission of
electromagnetic energy (EM).
Shielding Effectiveness - Ability of a shield to nullify unwanted
electric/magnetic fields. It is the comparative ratio of a normal signal
received to the signal received inside the shield.
Shielding (EM/Electrical Shielding) - the prevention of interference or
coupling into unwanted areas. Shielding materials are always metals,
metalized plastics (conductive coatings) or conductive composites. Some
shielding incorporates electrical fields within.
Desiccant - A dehydrating agent. Usually in pellet or powder form.
Particulate - A finely powdered material sometimes suspended in liquid
or gas to form aerosols/sprayable liquid forms.
Ion - A charged atom, molecule or radical, either positive or negative,
dependant upon loss or acquisition of electrons.
Negative Radiation - Receiving/reception of electromagnetic energy (EM).

GHz, and extremely high: 30 to 300 GHz.
Cycle - any singular complete traverse; used in electronics to define
positive to negative flow and back again (Waveform).
Hertz - Measure of electromagnetic wave frequency.
MHz - Megahertz - 1000 kHz
Kilohertz - KHz - 1000 cycles per second of a radiated signal. A
measurement basis for most radio frequency.
Microwaves-- extremely short waves of electromagnetic energy that travel
at the speed of light (186,282 miles per second)....same family of
frequencies as the signals used in radio and television broadcasting.
Lend themselves well to direction as beams.
RADHAZ Meter = Radiation Hazard Meter - A hand-held, battery operated,
broad-band receiver designed to measure the electric-power density
(electric-field strength) from typically 10 kHz to about 18 GHz in two
or three bands.
Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) -high frequency noise injected into
an electrical line by external (radio wave) energy or from a piece of
equipment connected to the line. An artifact of antenna activity.
Shielded Room - A room shielded from EMI (Electromagnetic Interference)
with special materials on the floor, in the walls and ceiling, and by
nullifying interference by charging the shielding with power lines.
Typical construction shields from 70 dB to 140 dB from 10 kHz to 10 GHz.
Any inbound and outbound signals must be specially shielded as well,
i.e.: telephone and electrical cables.
EMI = Electromagnetic Interference - When an electrical disturbance from
a natural phenomena (e.g., lightning or ESD) or an electrical/electronic
device or system causes an undesired conducted or radiated response in a
victim.

MF - Medium Frequency - 300 to 3,000 kHz
ELF - Extremely Low Frequency. Below 22 khz
LF - Low Frequency. In radio is 30khz to 300 khz
VLF - Very Low Frequency. 3 to 30 khertz.
ULF - Ultra Low Frequency. 300 hz to 3KHz
Radio Frequency - A frequency at which
coherent electromagnetic radiation of energy is useful for
communications. Radio frequencies are designated as very low: <30 kHz,
low: 30 to 300 kHz, medium: 300 to 3,000 kHz, high: 3 to 30 MHz, very
high: 30 to 300 MHz, ultrahigh: 300 to 3,000 MHz, super high: 3 to 30
GHz, and extremely high: 30 to 300 GHz.
PNAC - The Project for a New American Century (PNAC) was founded in 1997
with many members that later became the nucleus of the George W. Bush
administration. The list includes: Jeb Bush, Dick Cheney, I. Lewis Libby
(Leibowitz), Donald Rumsfeld, and Paul Wolfowitz among many other
powerful but less well know names. Their stated purpose was to use a
hugely expanded U.S. military to project "American Global Leadership."
In September of 2000, PNAC published a now infamous document entitled
Rebuilding America’s Defences, which, among other things, called for a
new Pearl-Harbor-Like terrorism on American soil to help steer Americans
toward the necessity of a vastly expanded military, as well as making
statements such as: "...Advanced forms of biological warfare that can
"target" specific genotypes may transform biological warfare from the
realm of terror to a politically useful tool." - pg 60
Tomography - From Wikipedia: Tomography is imaging by sections or
sectioning. A device used in tomography is called a tomography, while
the image produced is a tomogram. The method is used in medicine,
archaeology, biology, geophysics, oceanography, materials science,
astrophysics and other sciences. In most cases it is based on the
mathematical procedure called tomographic reconstruction. The word was
derived from the Greek word tomos which means "a section" or "a
cutting". A tomography of several sections of the body is known as a
polytomography. Types of tomography by energy used: X-rays=CT Scan,
gamma rays=SPECT, electron-positron annihilation=PET, nuclear magnetic
resonance=MRI, ultrasound=ultrasonography, electrons=3DTEM, ions=atom
probe.
Electroencephalogram (EEG) - The summation of the electrical activity
caused by the random firing of billions of individual neurons in the
brain is represented by the EEG signal. A typical bandwidth of this type
of EEG ranges from 0.5 to about 100Hz, with the amplitudes ranging from
2 to 100mV. Five different states or types of brainwaves have been
characterized by neurologists. They are gamma, beta, alpha, theta and
delta.
Aurora - Active ions via plasma particulates created and maintained by
energy sources including magnetic or solar/stellar or both.
Propagation - the furtherance/amplification or facilitation of movement;
dissemination by artificial means.
