Santiago - former "Executive Assistant" to President Ferdinand Marcos.  Note that gold has been exclusively offered to FAISAL HOLDINGS LIMITED before it was offered to Johnston.  Note also that Johnston conducted a "soft probe" on this account and learned that the metal was no longer present in the UBS account.
