Bill Gates lays out the plan for the next phase in this
engineered coronavirus crisis: digital vaccine certificates. In the Reddit AMA on March 18th 2020, Gates said that,

Bill Gates (who really didn't know Jeffrey Epstein, honest) has been the key person creating this crisis in many ways, such as through as his repeated predictions of a pandemic killing 30 million in the lead-up to the outbreak, his Event 201 Simulation (that just happened to plan for a coronavirus outbreak) and his incessant push for vaccinations, including his public admission more than once that vaccines contribute to population control or depopulation.
Two-Faced Fauci
Before we get to Gates and his freedom-crushing agendas, take a look at what Dr. Anthony Fauci (Director of the NIAID since 1984) is now saying.
By the way, this is the same Fauci who publicly tells everyone to be scared of the coronavirus but meanwhile admits the following in his writings in medical journals (this is from the New England Journal of Medicine on March 26th, 2020, called Covid-19 - Navigating the Uncharted):
Did you catch that? COVID-19 is just like the ordinary, normal, seasonal flu!
Fauci just said at a White House press conference that the lockdown will continue until the curve "goes down to essentially no new cases" and "no deaths" for a time.
He said then it,
...but the implication is that until then we have to keep up this over-the-top OCD social distancing routine.
The authorities aren't about to relinquish their "program of containment" just yet. He also threw some more fear in for good measure, saying that,

Meanwhile, Harvard researchers have jumped aboard the NWO train by proposing "Intermittent" Lockdowns and "Widespread Surveillance" of Americans and - to show you just how Orwellian this Operation Coronavirus has become - the CDC has teamed up American College of Obstetricians and Gynecology to shamelessly recommend mothers be separated from their babies at birth to "stop the spread of the virus."
These people are seriously insane and psychopathic.
The 2 Post-Coronavirus Plans
In the mainstream article Two new road maps lay out possible paths to end coronavirus lockdowns, the author reveals 2 plans proposed by a university administrator (Ezekiel Emanuel) and a former FDA head (Scott Gottlieb) to finish the lockdowns and return to normal (read 'the new normal').
Conveniently enough, the plans include recommendations for mass surveillance and mandatory vaccination.

What I and many other people have been warning about for years is about to become a reality unless people wake up... fast.

However, it is doubtful that even in this atmosphere of fear they will be able to overtly come and out force vaccination in Western countries with a tradition of individual rights and freedom.
Instead, their plan is to achieve a de facto force-vaccination effect by making it difficult or close to impossible to function in modern society without having the vaccine, by restricting your right to travel and trade without it.
It's the same way they bring in other governmental programs:
This is all happening against a background of the constant erosion of people's health and medical sovereignty, by the elimination of philosophical, religious and medical exemptions to vaccines.
The Added Dystopian Element - Embedded Chips as Digital Vaccine Certificates
All this would be dystopian and horrific enough were it not for the added layer of the human microchipping agenda.
Gates said he wants vaccine certificates, and although there could also be a plan for actual print certificates ("your papers, please..."), Gates was clear that he meant digital vaccine certificates.
This is in line with his outspoken ID2020 agenda which claims it wants to benevolently provide everyone with a digital identity but which is really a cover for inserting nanochips into everyone.
If we allow that, we will have entered full-blown transhumanistic tyranny, will have sacrificed our bodily sovereignty and will have become nodes on the IoT Smart Grid, at the whim of the NWO controllers who will be able to do all sorts of things to remotely influence and control us via the broadcasting of frequencies to the chips embedded in us.
Once we allow the State to have the right to forcibly inject things into our body against our will, it's going to be, in short, game over.
Final Thoughts
In the Washington Post, Gates is calling for more governmental control:
The more people who are tested means more people tracked and targeted for vaccination.
