In the United States, and in many ways, the world, there is an existing interlocking power structure comprised of different elements or institutions:
With the various nations of the world as
their chess board, they have operated in an ongoing manner for
hundreds, if not thousands, of years, updated from days of empire
and monarchy to at least the appearance of more democratic and
egalitarian systems today.

The lure of power always carries with it the powerful temptation to abuse that power for personal gain.
We have seen this recently in the Bush-Cheney administration in the U.S. The jury may still be out for many of us, cautiously hopeful perhaps, on the new Obama-Biden administration as it takes up the reins of leadership of a country that needs serious rebuilding.
New bridges of trust must be rebuilt
with the rest of a suspicious world still aghast at the abuses of
power of the Bush-Cheney era, which include wars of aggression
un-ratified by Congress, the use of torture and flagrant corporate
war profiteering.
So if the Obama administration wants to
enact positive change, they will have to grapple with the existing
powers-that-be in the military, corporate and even ecclesiastical
hierarchies.
It would not seem sentient for a species
to have such a lack of vision or limited view of the world around it
to – without thought for the future – consume with little restraint
and pass laws that allow the ongoing exploitation and destruction of
capital, non-renewable natural resources without proper management
of those resources to provide for future generations.
Yet we are just now emerging from a reductionist world-view where everything is “objectively” studied as so many discrete parts that incidentally may happen to construct a larger mechanism.
Questions of consciousness soul were shrugged off as unknowable or improbable.
This mechanized view of the universe was devoid of any acknowledgment of the underlying energy make-up, perhaps because if people can be induced to believe that all they are is skin and meat wrapped around a skeletal structure, they can be frightened into compliance with any number of institutional agendas.
So therefore, those who can control our perceptions,
beliefs and emotions… control us.
In laboratories where quantum science is studied, non-local phenomenon, where a direct influence of one object on another distant object, perhaps even in a separate container, occurs in support of an interconnected, even intelligent, universe.

So, perhaps the native and indigenous people’s world view has been correct all along, that there is an underlying “spirit” to the entire world we see around us, a dreamtime world as the aboriginals of Australia believe.
And the greater implication of this is that there may be no such thing as “objective, empirical observation” in the purest sense.
When a scientist formulates a hypothesis of what he thinks may be true, then tests that hypothesis in the laboratory doing his very best to devise the controls on the experiments that will yield impartial results. In the reductionist world of 3D Newtonian physics, we can rely on such results at least up to a point. But if the quantum energy reality underlies it all, then any objective empirical study cannot ever be truly impartial.
We must begin to accept that our beliefs, perceptions and feelings about the world we see through our own eyes shapes the world we see.
Carl Jung’s
collective unconscious, which
attempted to explain similarities cross-culturally around the world,
from population to population, may be the method by which we all
make manifest and participate in a world that is familiar to us all.

If these beings know how to apply quantum mechanics in a technological way, then they may also know how to apply this knowledge consciously and biologically.
It is possible (as written about in
“Autobiography of a Yogi” by
Paramahansa Yogananda about Indian
saints and spiritual adepts that could bi-locate) that these
advanced beings could travel by the power of thought alone, but use
space craft for traveling to free their mental concentration energy
for other tasks.
The institutions of this world have been made real and solid by hundreds of years of those holding power manipulating and coercing us to believe in and trust their voices of authority over our own innate feelings and intuitive perceptions.
Keeping us off-balance with emotionally charged words and actions rooted in organizations that play upon carefully-constructed-over-the-ages consensus reality, these hierarchical systems have the power to push unaware populations this way and that through,
These institutions have held power
through being able to convince us to trust their versions of how the
world should work instead of trusting our inner natures and feelings
of resonance or dissonance of energy – our own sense of the
underlying field of what makes up our material world.
However today, our continued collective
survival as a species may depend upon returning to an understanding
of the energy or “spirit” inherent in all creation, animate and
inanimate, supported by the new discoveries in
quantum science. It
may be this new way of looking at our world and how interconnected
we are with every part of it that helps us to throw off the
restrictions of the hierarchical power structures in time to write a
new story of life on our planet, one in which we develop the vision
to see where we must put our energy and resources.
