The New Science
One indicator of approaching tyranny has always been restriction of information. Perception Management. The Secrecy State.

 

Almost like the heartbeat of history, this evolution away from freedom and into tyranny is the one consistency of the human race, among an otherwise vast, inexplicable capriciousness. Why this was allowed to happen again is anyone's guess. Slowly but surely mass media has gained both a foothold and handhold within the collective psyche, allowing spin doctors and spectacle specialists to become world leaders and political gurus.

 

Coincident but not necessarily second to this state of affairs is what can only be called a starvation of the populace, as far as good solid True information is concerned. None of this has happened by mistake, and it has actually been planned and executed ever since the American Civil War. A great anti-teaching. A great lie.

During this steady and detrimental attack which has been well planned and well financed, many different types of covert warfare weapons technologies were also deployed, in direct proportion to the publics inability to sense reality. The results of all this are very easy to see, separating people across all the classes, races, sexes and what have you - the easily swayed and naive flock to the popular as defined by cunning plotters and well funded think tanks.

 

Welcome to the New American Century. Whether you like it or not.

 

The dumbing down of the American people by controlling their information is, for a fact, the most effective attack that has ever been used on America. Yet. America is still young, and will be lucky to survive until its three hundredth birthday, the way things are going.

The measure of all these plans, this very expensive slow attack from within, is really a measure of the adversaries fear, but that's another story. The people who are behind this predation are trance makers, lulling the victims with something very much like a mass hypnosis based on human weakness and foolishness.

 

The hypnotists of drama and bad information knew they had a winner in television after the vast majority of Americans became quickly enthralled with moving picture entertainment and other intellectual gewgaws. Yes, once the people were swept off their feet, and enticed toward stupidity with make-believe reality, comedy, tragedy, and all that, well, then other plans could begin.

A lot of the above actually falls into the OTE (Other Than Electronic) Mind Control category, and will be addressed at length shortly.

 

Project Bluebird, MKULTRA, Project Artichoke, yada yada yada; those long term and well funded programs were all about making the men and women of America more agreeable to their own conquest by reforming the way they think.

 

Service to the state is the main goal of this reprogramming, whether that be through direct service for low pay, snitching for the government, or the never ending payment of taxes to fund fascism and the like; this has all been accomplished by distracting the people with bright lights and glamour so they do not notice what is being done to them and their children, so they are unable to perceive their great and very personal loss. This is the perfect conquest, where the conquered do not even see the conqueror, or know they have been had.

Here is this authors entry to an essay contest sponsored by one of the Armed Services a few years ago. It was written to illustrate the situation Americans find themselves in today, and why. This was not received well:
 

 

The Changing Principles Of War
The Principles of War are changing at a frenetic pace. Most of this change is attributable to technological advance.

 

Perusal of patent documentation pertaining to technology with military applications will allow anyone interested to perceive this graphically. That information should be required reading for all students of Military History in the United States. A majority of the technological advances throughout the twentieth century, and now beyond, can be laid on the doorstep of War. This phenomenon proceeds thud-a-gallop, with no end in sight.

 

It is probable only the direct and near total destruction of the technology developed since the 1950s, and its supporting energy grid, could reverse this trend. It is impossible for The Principles of War NOT to change, and much of this change has actually been occurring covertly, for the last 5 decades, or longer.

"The most important thing in war will always be the art of defeating our opponent in combat."

Carl Von Clausewitz.

No longer is this so. Co-opting the opponent, and thereby acquiring his unharmed assets, has become the order of the day.

 

This I choose to call humanitarianism, but it is actually an orientalization. It is less concerned with Principles of War, and more the Art of War. This has not been accomplished in one leap, but gradually. Trends in combat weaponry bear this out, as well as many other aspects of military endeavor.

 

There is becoming a stark departure evident; less scorched-earth-total-annihilation, more overtaking through stealth and deception, or managed perception, with the goal of transferring an enemies assets to the conquerors agenda. Modern warfare is becoming more long term, so that, in the best case scenario, the enemy is incapable of seeing the attacker, and is thereby rendered incapable of defending itself.

 

This allows the attacker to avoid the expense of front line confrontations, and to steer its own defensive energies away from guarding itself, into more immediately productive arenas.

In line with awareness of this new type of warfare come many other realizations, none of them actually coincident to The Principles Of War as they have been taught historically. The most effective weapon that can be used against an enemy in modern warfare is its own Currency. It has been shown that law and equity become firmly bound whenever a currency possesses an endurance which allows this to develop, and if a power other than those governed creates the currency and law, then the governed are no longer sovereign. Lawmaking is directly related to a Nations Currency, its Money.

 

It is therefore of prime importance to any power interested in covert takeover of a perceived enemy.

 

Pursuing one great decisive aim with force and determination is no longer necessary, or even prudent. Simple determination will do, as has been shown in the various theaters of modern warfare where control of a nations currency was at stake. Once a nations currency is secured, either overtly or covertly, the combat is over, and the conqueror and the vanquished become well defined quickly.

 

The conquered nations military then simply becomes a tool of the conqueror. This generally has a much greater longevity than other types of victory.

Warfare today has become very big business, and it is not going too far out on a limb to say warfare is running the economy. This is the result of a lesson learned from experience. The greatest economic successes of America have been during, and immediately post war. The Principles of War as they have been
expounded cannot accommodate a philosophy such as this. No longer is expediency revered, but a kind of slow destruction with immediate reconstruction occurring.

As law and equity have become bound together, so have politics and military power. Eisenhower warned us about this when he wrote:

"In the councils of government we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist."

This has not only occurred, but has been exacerbated by certain agencies of the government-military apparatus securing for themselves, gradually, and over extended periods of time, certain non accountability, or at least great access to contrived and prepared plausible deniability.

Black Intelligence Operations are the foot-in-the-door for attackers who wish to conquer a nation covertly, by taking control of its currency and lawmaking. Black Operations are generally non accountable and it is exceptionally difficult to divorce a salaried man from the delusions of grandeur which are intrinsic to many powerful positions of black operations worldwide.

 

A conqueror may enter a country by back door this way, if the plan is extended and well planned, without anyone noticing. It is a matter of historical record.

 

Black Operations open all sorts of doors concerning funding and personal power, and is quite literally liaison between politics and other power of all types, including but not limited to Organized Crime. Actual sabotage of world events has become common place by many of these non accountable agencies. Viciousness rules on a small scale, but its effects are felt for miles and miles and years and years.

This all dovetails with another most important aspect of modern warfare which is perception management. Correctly utilized, an attacker from within can effectively use perception management to pedal faulty information to the governed and their military forces, which will undermine a nations ability to fend for itself in no uncertain terms. This has been practiced by some agencies of the United States government in overseas psychological warfare theaters.

 

Control of the media is essential to this, whether it be established media, or new media created for the purpose. The statements of Clausewitz to His Prince, indicating that erudition is not entirely necessary to combat, must be disregarded as concerns modern warfare.

 

In modern warfare erudition is THE weapon, the only weapon, in a theater of war whose lines between the warring factions have become blurred almost beyond the point of recognition. The weapons of perception management involve Stress Induction through disinformation, deception, economic pressures, health pressures, surveillance, and of course control of the broadcast media.

 

Weapons AGAINST perception management are mass communications among individuals, counter intuition, relentless information gathering and checking, and counter-deception.

“The theory of warfare tries to discover how we may gain a preponderance of physical forces and material advantages at the decisive point.”

In modern warfare, decisive points are more often than not Created, with none being the wiser.

 

Decisive points are no longer restricted to the battlefield, nay, decisive points more often occur on paper. Consider the gargantuan loss of farmland by America in the 70's, as farmers were talked into financing large amounts of new equipment, then were legislatively restricted in selling their crops, so that many defaulted, losing farms that had been in their families for generations. That particular combat was the most damaging defeat America has ever suffered, AND on American soil.

 

There was no preponderance of physical forces and material advantages at the decisive point. None. And the victory by the conqueror was complete and final, and unperceived even by those who were the actual casualties!

Definitions of the enemy itself have become farcical, and irrelevant, as concerns the welfare of the American people. This is what one should expect once the level of perception management reaches a certain maturity. When perception management extends over several generations, the vast majority whose information sources have been restricted are not only severely disadvantaged, but actually retarded in their abilities to pierce the veil of a carefully crafted but totally erroneous reality.

 

Their true instincts for self preservation have become extensively and fundamentally damaged, so that they cannot even see what is good for themselves. This is the optimum result of a successful attack through perception management.

 

As Ray Bradbury is known to say:

Finally, a majority of the technology being developed and actively deployed today irrevocably changes the Principles of War.

 

ENMOD, ie. Atmospheric Engineering techniques, allow computer operators hundreds and thousands of miles away to create siege conditions over whole countries. In fact, Russia re-pioneered this Tesla technology first, and had been experimenting on us regularly from the 60's through the 80's!

 

Drought, excessive UV, and Many other damaging environmental conditions are now available at the push of a button.

 

Byproducts of this technology allow total surveillance with exceptional clarity and security, anyplace, and anytime, even well below ground, as well as deployment of Directed Energy Weapons detectable by certain esoteric electronic means, but otherwise perfectly covert, and extremely damaging, especially when utilized over the long term, or in conjunction with biological technology developed for just that purpose.

 

Robotics and Drones will soon replace the actual soldier, except for special forces, and operators, and though that may be hard to accept, I assure you that information is top notch and the result of decades of personal research. If one knows where to look, it is plainly evident here in this occupied theater of the USA, right now. Never before has so much happened in so short a time within Americas Military History.

 

The pace of this change continues to accelerate daily. The Principles of War hitherto considered inviolate must be incorporated when possible, or relegated to the obsolete, otherwise maximum advancement becomes limited.

It is possible, if not probable, that these changes in the Principles of War are, due to future and inevitable public outrage, prelude to the end of war on Earth, with the removal of war to the sphere of the infinite, war on the vast and extremely brutal realm of outer space. That will be a fitting and productive war, a never ending war perfectly suited to our nature, instinct, experience, curiosity, and basic hunger as a total organism.

 

This will eventually replace the present day and barbaric mindset of simple animals preying upon each other, and cause a true Humanity to form, each and every member of which is a distinct rarity among the vast unfathomable emptiness of the abyss.


Enron End Run
Some of the best evidence of weather control experiments via active auroral technologies is the selling of what are known as Weather Derivatives by Enron right before its unsightly demise.

 

That little ditty of a business deal also shows how far along some technology has come, even though little or no mention has been made. Weather derivatives were the promise, nay, Contracts of weather control, where even the smallest contract was worth millions, and some, especially long term contracts, far exceeded that.

 

Basically a benchmark or historical mean was set up, and the weather controllers used particulate sprays and some other aspects of ENMOD in a very amateur way to create rain, or abate rain for special event, but mostly to decrease temperatures during hot times, and increase temperatures during cool times. For every degree away from the mean, in a positive direction (Either cooler during summer or warmer during winter) the contractor received a portion of the savings for their trouble.

 

When services like major electrical companies supply millions of customers with metered electricity, even one degree towards a positive outcome makes a big difference, equating to big big dollars.

 

From a 2001 report:

"Houston-based energy giant Enron estimates that between 900 and 1,000 transactions have taken place to date, with the notional value of those deals exceeding $1.5 billion.

 

Kansas City, Mo.-based Aquila, the unregulated marketing and trading arm of Utilicorp, puts that figure closer to 1,200. Weather derivatives allow companies to control the effects of the weather on demand for their products. Here are some of the most popular structures.

 

Temperature Contracts: A degree day is the deviation of a day’s average temperature from 65 degrees Fahrenheit. In the summertime, the demand for energy increases with every degree above 65; in the winter, the demand for heat increases for every degree day below 65.

 

There are a number of degree-day products available to energy producers. In most, payment is made for every degree day above or below the strike, with a maximum payout that can range from $500,000 to $5 million or more..." ⁽¹⁾

These undertakings were so lucrative they have been blamed for the so-called death of Enron, which in reality was just a theft, especially considering the government/Air Force took over the various aerosol programs, immediately, and with a vengeance. It is believed that the Enron ENMOD weather derivatives game was just a test, to see if the public would get up in arms over being sprayed, if the public would even notice.

 

There is other evidence to bear that out: some even earlier tests of aerosol spraying took place where ever insect infestations could reasonably be expected. A lot of this earliest atmospheric spraying took place in Florida.

This is also where ENMOD/Active Auroral Technologies as law enforcement come in, by the way. The rationale for Air Force deployment of UAVs in these earliest aerosol operations were not atmospheric scrubbing and other maintenance, or even rainmaking: those earliest active auroral sprayings were sold as anti-terror technology first and foremost, the so called global shield, and increased aerial sprayings via Unmanned Aerial Vehicles after 911 also dovetail with information about crowd control using aerosoled drugs.

Precious few people noticed any of this activity during the early stages prior to Enrons collapse, and, after 911, even fewer noticed the increased aerial sprayings, which quickly became a countrywide occurrence on an almost daily basis.

 

 

Sell Phones
The main justification for broadcast energy in today's society is the use of cellular telephones for communication.

 

This is in spite of the dangers inherent in said use of this wireless communication. Many studies have been done worldwide that show the dangers of cell phone usage, and it is this authors recommendation that children not only be restricted from using cell phones, but that they (Children) also be removed from any proximity to cell phone towers.

 

This is a well founded statement, in spite of the special interest studies made by cell phone companies and the U.S. government which state that there is no conclusive evidence to be alarmed. These studies are definitely just superficial paint jobs, because the U.S. government is definitely vested in deploying this so-called cellular phone technology, which is so much more than just communications.

 

To highlight possible dangers of cell phone usage, signs are now being put up in many countries, such as Canada, the U.K. and the U.S., at gas stations prohibiting the use of mobile phones, due to possible safety issues.

The first step in the process of making a wireless phone call is for your unit to contact a transponder, which is usually located on local antenna (Within a range of 5-8 miles). The cell phones have a transceiver which allows reception and transmission of a signal. Transmit power of five watts is possible, with three watts being the norm.

 

Once a cell tower is contacted by a cell phone signal, a procedure known as an electronic handshake transpires, whereby the identity of the phone user is registered, along with information about the users service, the area from which the call is being made, and to whom the call is being placed. This procedure can take as long as 45 seconds from power up in a roaming area.

 

A roaming area is anywhere other than what is considered to be the home location. ⁽³⁾

Security of communications while using a cell phone is notoriously nonexistent:

Because cellular telephones are basically radio transceivers (Signals are transmitted through the air on radio waves), and because radio waves propagate in all directions unless specifically constructed/directed as beam, anyone with the right kind of radio receiver can listen in to cellphone conversations.

There are laws against this, but monitoring is, for all practical purposes, impossible to detect.

 

Not only are cell phones extremely vulnerable to being monitored during use, they can also be employed as wireless microphones in some instances, even when inactive! Cell phones are also prone to hijacking, or cloning, where a criminal or criminals make use of a phone number to gain free service. The person whose phone has been hijacked will more than likely be billed for this illegal usage.

Most cell phones today are combination units, utilizing cameras, gps, and messenging services wirelessly, to provide a full suite of capabilities which usually surprise people not familiar with the units, and even surprise some people who are familiar.

 

The cameras installed in the modern cell phone devices are usually better than many digital cameras being marketed for photography, and these hidden cameras are being used for many purposes, not all of them wholesome.

 

In some parts of the world, including areas within the United States, activists are attempting to create laws restricting secretive uses of cell phone cameras, hoping to alleviate or discourage nefarious uses of the cameras, which include (But are certainly not limited to):

1. Video Rape, and reality TV type voyeurism of unknowing/nonconsensual subjects

2. stalking and collecting personal information about people in their private milieu

3. using cameras in places which would normally disallow them ⁽⁴⁾

Cell phones are also being employed against their own users in ways that they themselves may not know.

 

Global law enforcement utilizes mobile phone evidence on a regular basis. According to the report: ICT Security & Dependability Research beyond 2010: Final Strategy, in the European Union the,

"communications of every mobile telephone user are recorded".

The cellular telephone equipped with GPS capabilities is nothing more than a handheld implant, or tracking bug, which can locate the phone itself, and presumably the user, anywhere on the planet.

 

Most cell phones have this capability now, as well as possessing RFID (Radio Frequency identification) tags. If you feel funny about the idea of being chipped with an implanted RF identifier, but are a cell phone user, not to worry: you are already a member of this brave new world, aware, oblivious, or otherwise. Cellular phone pagers share many of these same tacking/bugging vulnerabilities.

 

These pervasive, some say intrusive, personal identifiers become even more onerous when one considers that log-ons for cell phone users may soon include facial recognition or retinal scanning technologies.

In order to further hide the various technologies within the cell phone tech, some believe that free cell phones will eventually be distributed, and may someday become as mandatory as drivers licenses, if not actually replacing the identification paperwork people carry today.

 

The real possibility that someday sell... er... Cell phone electronic identity cards will exist cannot be denied; trillions of possible bits of personal information contained within, just give it to the nice policeman so he can plug it in and create realtime electronic record through the unit in his truck. Cops get more than their fair share of EM exposure btw, and they can have mine too; I am surprised they are not all nuts...

When one also considers the state of the art today, the above is not as crazy as it sounds, and when one also considers the personal information already electronically encoded on most static identification, that possibility becomes even more credible too.

Finally, concerning cell phones as bugging devices, bear this in mind: Israeli Defense Forces have several times assassinated possible terrorists or other targets via a distant helicopter utilizing cell phone technology. A cell phone call is placed to the alleged terrorists' private telephone number, then air-to-ground missiles are used to explosively eradicate the target area.

 

Many believe this method is being used by other governments as well, including the United States, which has already used Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) to summarily execute suspected terrorists in Yemen from a distance.

Whether a terrorist or not, a cell phone user may not have to wait for a fascist government to determine they are a threat, in order to die by cell phone. Although comprehensive and objective studies of cell phone usage within the United States are markedly absent, many studies in other parts of the world indicate that cell phones cause a variety of problems with health, especially among heavy users and those who wear or carry their phones on their person.

 

Also those who are making a lot of money from cell phones are sponsoring studies and making reports of absolutely no health hazards to cell phone usage, and their statements are definitely of a type, and seem more propaganda than science.

The length of time modern cell phone usage has existed is very short, and no true long range studies have taken place concerning the possible or probable damages of over exposure to this wireless radiation, because that is just not possible: cell phones have not been around long enough for studies such as that to transpire. Many short term studies have taken place though, and they are indicative at least.

Below are a few excerpts from some European studies which seem to be somewhat objective, or at least do not spout the corporate and nearly unbelievable line that there is absolutely no harm from cell phone usage:

1. A study by the International Agency for Research on Cancer of 4,500 users found a statistically significant link between tumor frequency on the same side of the head as the mobile phone was used on and mobile phone usage.

2. There have been a number of studies concerning male fertility (Sperm count) and cell phone usage. One article made the statement " Men, who use mobile phones on a regular basis lose about 30 percent of their active sperm cells. Those who carry their mobile phones in pockets of their pants are putting their potency at great danger. Scientists say that even in sleep mode mobile phones are harmful."
   
   An observational study by an unnamed infertility clinic study concerning the link between cell-phones and sperm quality found that frequent or heavy mobile phone users ( greater than 4 hours per day) had significantly less viable sperm, i.e. in relation to World Health Organization morphology, these heavy users score was less than half of the lower time mobile phone users.

    

   Another study of 13 normal men found that significant increases in their cell phone use - greater than 6 hours each day for 5 days - caused an appreciable short-term reduction of sperm quality. M. 3. This lowering of fertility in male users of cell phone is initially attributed to thermal effects of RF energy, because poor circulation and/or heat is known to have adverse effects on male fertility. This thermal energy from the mobile phone is also credited with what some have noted as Bacterial Bloom on a cell phones keypad, some of whose bacteria levels have been measured in excess of what is normally associated with public commodes. ⁽⁵⁾
   
    

4. The eyes are the other part of the body known to be poor at dissipating heat. Experiments have shown that short duration exposure to very high levels of RF radiation can cause cataracts in rabbits. ⁽⁶⁾
   
    

5. The non-thermal effects of RF radiation are an area of active study. A 2007 study by Prof. Bengt Arnetz of Wayne State University and Uppsala University, and Foundation IT’IS, USA, and Karolinska Institutet, Sweden, funded by the Mobile Manufacturers Forum and published in "Progress In Electromagnetics Research Symposium (PIERS) Online" reported higher incidence of headache and also disturbance of normal sleep patterns following mobile phone use.
   
    

6. Early in 2008, Michele Froment-Vedrine the President of AFSSET (an independent but state-funded French health watchdog), advised that parents should not give small children mobile phones. NZ Herald: Health warning against excessive mobile phone use.
   
    

7. According to the work "Mast Sanity: The Dangers Of electromagnetic Smog " by Andrew Goldsworthy: “Weak non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation in the environment can be linked to more modern illnesses than even the pessimists thought possible. Modern science can now begin to explain how.

    

   Weak electromagnetic radiation removes structurally important calcium (and possibly magnesium) ions from cell membranes, making them weaker and more prone to transient pore formation. This makes them leaky to even large molecules. Prolonged exposure to mobile phone radiation causes serious damage to the DNA in living cells, probably because of digestive enzymes leaking from lysosomes.

    

   This may be responsible for the reduction in sperm quantity and quality found in recent studies of people using mobile phones for more than a few hours a day. We might also expect it leads to an increase in the incidence of cancer, but this may not become apparent for many years. Electromagnetic exposure also increases the permeability of the blood/brain barrier to large molecules and allows potentially damaging substances to enter the brain from the bloodstream.

    

   The blood/brain barrier is characterized by having cells joined by ‘tight junctions’, where the gaps between the cells are sealed by impermeable materials.

    

   Equivalent layers of cells with tight junctions cover all of our body surfaces and a similar increase in their permeability could allow the entry of a wide range of potential toxins, allergens and carcinogens from the environment. There is evidence that this increase in permeability is mediated by the loss of calcium from cell membranes and should also be enhanced by electromagnetic exposure.

    

   This effect can link the current rise in the incidence of multiple chemical sensitivities, various allergy related diseases and skin cancer to the electromagnetic environment.

    

   Electrosensitive individuals can be thought of as people who have abnormally weak permeability barriers that are more easily compromised by electromagnetically induced calcium or magnesium loss. In general, the symptoms resemble those of hypocalcaemia and hypomagnesaemia, which suggests a common aetiology based on a reduction in membrane stability.

    

   Low concentrations of either calcium or magnesium ions in the blood may be predisposing factors, but once the condition is established, it can be progressive with increasing exposure to radiation. It then appears to be irreversible. ⁽⁷⁾
   
    

8. In the opening paragraphs of "The Radiation Poisoning Of America" Amy Worthington of the Idaho Observer states: Prior to 1996, the wireless age was not coming online fast enough, primarily because communities had the authority to block the sitting of cell towers.

    

   But the Federal Communications Act of 1996 made it nearly impossible for communities to stop construction of cell towers "even if they pose threats to public health and the environment. Since the decision to enter the age of wireless convenience was politically determined for us, we have forgotten well-documented safety and environmental concerns and, with a devil-may-care zeal that is lethally short-sighted, we have incorporated into our lives every wireless toy that comes on the market.

    

   We behave as if we are addicted to radiation. Our addiction to cell phones has led to harder "drugs" like wireless Internet. And now we are bathing in the radiation that our wireless enthusiasm has unleashed. Those who are addicted, uninformed, corporately biased and politically-influenced may dismiss scientifically-sound concerns about the apocalyptic hazards of wireless radiation. Illa Garcia wore jewelry the first day she went back to work as a fire lookout for the state of California in the summer of 2002.

    

   The intense radiation from dozens of RF/microwave antennas surrounding the lookout heated the metals on her body enough to burn her skin. "I still have those scars," she says. "I never wore jewelry to work after that."

    

   Likely Mountain Lookout, on U.S. Forest Service land with a spectacular view of Mount Shasta, is one of thousands of RF/microwave "hot spots" across the nation. A newly-erected cellular communications tower was only 30 feet from the lookout.

    

   • "One antenna on that tower was even with our heads," recalls Garcia. "We could hear high-pitched buzzing. There were also three state communications antennas mounted on the lookout, only 6 feet from where we walked. We climbed past them every day."

    

   Motorola company manuals for management of communications sites confirm that high frequency radiation from these antennas is nasty stuff.

    

   Safety regulations mandate warning signs, EMF awareness training, protective gear, even transmitter deactivation for personnel working that close to antennas. Garcia and co-worker Mary Jasso were never warned about the hazards.

    

   This, they say, demonstrates extreme malfeasance on the part of agencies and commercial companies responsible for their exposure. By the end of fire season, Garcia and Jasso were so ill they were forced to retire and the lookout was closed to state personnel. Garcia, 52, is now severely disabled with fibromyalgia, autoimmune thyroiditis and acute nerve degeneration.

Among the many hazards of wireless energy and its attendant technologies, is born the conclusion that some, if not most of the chemical spraying in the atmosphere is being done to enhance the overall conductivity of the atmosphere in general, so that wireless technology, like cell phones, will work better, be more reliable.

 

A large part of chemical spraying and inundation of the human environment with particulate substances has to do with propagation of electrical fields, for various purposes.

 

Because there is a lot of crossover technology and use between the normal everyday consumer, and some military applications using wireless, and because these electrical fields actually can enhance things like cell phone usage, it is only prudent to question this chemical permeation of the air, and to also question cell phone use in general, as related to other wireless technology. ⁽⁹⁾

Larson) (Appendix K - entire) concerns experimental electronic implants in humans for medical purposes, which are then remotely monitored or stimulated by cell phone. Small electronic monitoring devices such as cameras, or audio microphones, are now available that also may be accessed by cell phone.

 

Several eavesdropping/mind control projects from the 1950's and beyond developed and deployed monitoring devices that were implanted in a dental patients teeth without their knowledge, so that long range voice monitoring could take place; these have become very refined in this day and age, with many people monitored via cell phone or other wireless technologies, and unaware all the while.

 

As mentioned at the end of chapter 5, the radio-labled microspheres or tunable nano-orb powders are also capable of being monitored with modern wireless devices, so the probability of military uses of cell phone technology crossing over into the civilian sector is not just an idea, it is an idea whose time has come, and it is growing in scope and use.

The proliferation of multipurpose antennae everywhere, as well as the real ability to use them in phased array by simply computerizing them, is just one indication of how pervasive and and all encompassing wireless energy is becoming.

 

Some people trust the government here and abroad to do the right thing, to protect freedom and individual rights, but most people have seen enough to know that this hope is ill-founded, if not downright foolish.


Warmness
A large part of wireless is what can only be called Quantum Energy Harvesting which is represented visibly by massive chemical spraying and phased array antennae.

 

A lot of the exercises and uses for this supposedly secret program, for which cell phones are just the cover story, is actual ground heating, and other types of heating like the aforementioned Ionospheric heating. Induction of heat through magnification of the suns energy, might seem desirable overall, excepting the fact the machinators of this science have denied this is even going on and have constructed elaborate scenarios to explain away any questions concerning the science, and the use of it.

 

One needs only open ones eyes to what is going on to see this does not bode well for people in general, and specifically Americans.

When the depth and breadth of all these cover stories are examined with intelligence and objectivity, along with a healthy distrust of government (Which in the last 8 years has well proven itself unworthy of the peoples trust) it should become evident that all this energy has been largely used to stun the population at large into a stupor, so that massive thieving and depopulation could be committed by the appointee and the rest of the insane clowns who have illegally taken over our government.

When real questioning objectivity is exercised, and by using past deeds to judge the present administrators, most observers will come around to understanding that the so-called global warming phenomena, just like the cell phones which are dangerous and no where near as secure and reliable as hardlines, is just another cover story for a gigantic experiment by the world elite that was actually begun during the reign of Adolph Hitler, and is just now, over the last decade, coming to fruit.

This program is the intentional melting of the ice caps, of course.

The Globe is indeed warming, though this is by design, through amplification of the suns energies via artificial means, by constructing auroral lenses, and depleted areas in the atmosphere at will, so that massive amounts of unfettered sunlight rains down upon the planet.

 

This is a well known matter of reality among a number of people on this planet, though the scientific types have exhibited their conditioning and disdain for truth, for what they see with their eyes, in ways that can only be called historically memorable, and might even be laughable, were the stakes not the life or death of America.

U.S. used mind-drugs against Iraq

Wouter Basson, the spy and mastermind behind the apartheid government's chemical warfare programme, claimed on Friday that the United States had used hallucinogenic weapons against Iraq during the Gulf War.
Basson told the Pretoria High Court television footage shot during the war in 1991 clearly showed that elite Iraqi troops who surrendered en masse were under the influence of hallucinogens.
He said their faces were expressionless, their pupils were dilated and they were drooling at the mouth - typical side effects of a particularly dangerous type of hallucinogenic drug.
Basson was testifying about the destruction in 1993 of hundreds of kilograms of cocaine, Mandrax and Ecstasy, which the South African army had obtained for use in crowd control, but needed to get rid of as the apartheid era drew to a close.
Analysis of video material showing surrendering (Iraqi) troops emerging from their underground bunkers show that they had dilated pupils, were drooling and had vacant stares," he told the court."
It appeared like the clinical profile of a BZ variant. The variant was also tested in laboratory animals in South Africa but it was stopped because it caused permanent damage to the subject.
"I had good reason to believe that America used a BZ variant against Iraq during the Gulf War."
Basson said BZ was a hallucinogenic which altered a person's ability to act rationally.
It could either make somebody completely passive or uncontrollably aggressive, to the point where he would attack his own colleagues, he said.
Basson is facing 46 charges ranging from murder to fraud for acts allegedly committed while he was a high-ranking member of the apartheid era military.
The heart surgeon was the mastermind behind the apartheid government's secret programme to develop biological and chemical warfare capabilities and has been dubbed "Dr Death" for his weird science experiments, which allegedly included poisoning opponents of apartheid.
He this week testified that he had spied on other countries to learn about chemical warfare and had bought weaponry from Libya, East Germany and the Soviet Union.
On Friday Basson also claimed that South Africa and the Swiss Military Intelligence Service had in 1992 negotiated a deal with the Soviet Union to buy half a tonne of Mandrax, a drug the apartheid military wanted to use to control crowds.
The Swiss, he said, were also trying to buy nuclear materials from the Russians. Basson said he had been intensifying the programme involving BZ, Mandrax andthe party drug Ecstasy as it was clear that funding for the programme would be cut off as apartheid was being dismantled.
In the end the Mandrax was in the military's possession for a few weeks before it was thrown into the sea.
But Basson said a Swiss spy, Jurg Jacomet, stole some US$1,5 million intended to pay for the drugs.
Basson ended up being jailed for three weeks in Switzerland for trying to exchange false Vatican bearer bonds to cover the deal.
